Hi! I’m Laura and the founder of Katakilla Earthmedicine.

Katakilla comes from the name of the moongoddess in pre-incan mythology; Ka-ata-killa. The name represents our undeniable connection and the influence of all nature around us. She represents the feminine essence and cyclical change.

Entheogen medicines are sharing their wisdom with me since more than a decade of having them as an ally on my lifepath. Other natural healing plants, herbs and foods are with me since my childhood, where my parents encouraged us to embrace them as our primary healing modality.

Katakilla emerged from a long journey with entheogen en natural plant medicines together with my professional development as a psychological therapist. Feeling the demand and the personal urge to share the beauty of those healing sources, I wanted to create a project that was based on authenticity, accesibility, natural healing, connection and health.

My path as a kambo practitioner started around 2018 after experiencing major energetic healing from the medicine. At this point I had the honor to serve 100+ times and counting. I’m working as an Advanced Practitioner within the IAKP.
