What are entheogens?

Entheogens are mind-altering, psychoactive substances that cause a temporarily change in your perception. Your mood, thoughts, perception, consciousness and behaviour can change. They can also induce hallucinations or visual effects with open or closed eyes.

Often they are used within ritualistic context, but some people enjoy them in a recreative way as well.

Goals of taking these substances are often healing from trauma, a better understanding about certain subjects or relationships, exploration of the inner self, spiritual development or a general interest and curiousity.

The most known and commonly used entheogens are psilocybin mushrooms and LSD.

Counseling

Based on my professional career as a therapist in psychiatric care and nearly a decade of personal experience with entheogenic substances, I offer guidance for individuals wishing to experience the therapeutic application of psychedelic medicines through preparation and integration counseling.
With proper guidance, set and setting and therapeutic support, entheogenic medicine work can be powerful tools for inner exploration, understanding, acception and growth.

Together we explore your intention of doing inner work and we will work around tools that might help you during your experience. We will make sure that your expectations are set realistically and that you feel mentally and physically prepared to enter your journey.

We can share the space before, during and/or after your journey. We make sure that your landing and integration of the experience happens accordingly to your needs and possible personal processes that might be triggered.

This can happen in private and in small group sessions. Online or in person.
